About Me

Hi! I'm Devorah Marrus. I received my Education Specialist degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling at the University of South Carolina. I am certified in Level One Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and have received my National Certified Counselor designation from the NBCC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I am passionate about helping people through their journey in life. Sometimes that journey can get bumpy and express itself in anxiety, depression and mood disorders. This is what makes up our humanness and can also serve as an opportunity and spring board for self-growth and inner healing. I am here to help you on this road as you navigate the ups and downs, ebbs and flows called life.

A little bit about myself: I moved to SC with my husband 15 years ago. Our children were all born here and we all love the weather and space that SC provides!

In my free time I love to read, write, hang out with friends and eat out at restaurants.
